This month, we partnered with the ND Club of Chicago to volunteer and cook dinner at Lincoln Park Community Services. We had a great group of 15 Belles and Irish work together to make dinner for 50 residents. For dinner, we made a spring mix salad, beef tacos, veggie tacos, Mexican style rice and brownies with ice cream for dessert.
