In honor of Women’s History Month in March, we will be running a period supply drive to put together kits for The Period Collective. Once we have all the supplies, we will meet in person to pack up period supplies in individual kits.
Help us clear our Amazon wish list and put together 50 kits! Any extra items will be donated in bulk to The Period Collective.
If you would like to attend the packing party, please fill out the google form to RSVP. The packing party will be hosted at an alumna's house in the Wicker Park/Humboldt Park area. It is off the Western stop of the Blue line. Once you RSVP, we will send you the address.
About The Period Collective:
The Period Collective is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Chicago that is dedicated to promoting menstrual equity by ensuring that all individuals have access to menstrual products. We believe that menstrual equity is a basic human right, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to make it a reality. Since our inception, we have distributed over two million menstrual products to social service organizations such as schools, food banks, and shelters.
